Tim Pierce
Chief Executive Officer, Compass Healthcare
Tim Pierce, the chief executive officer of Compass Healthcare, is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the company’s brands, including Crothall Healthcare, Intelas, Morrison Healthcare, and TouchPoint Support Services, which provide food and support services in more than 2,200 locations across the U.S. The brands, combined, proudly have 90+ years of healthcare experience, 76K+ associates, $6.9B+ in annual revenue, and serve 729M+ meals annually.
Tim has been with Compass Group for more than 39 years. Prior to his current position, he served as the chief executive officer of Morrison Healthcare for almost 12 years. Before that, Tim held roles with Morrison as president, division vice president, regional vice president, and regional director of operations. He is part of the Compass Healthcare management team, which guides the strategic direction of the company’s brands. Additionally, Tim is a member of Compass Group North America’s Strategic Leadership Institute, which is inclusive of officers, as well as the Center for Creative Leadership.
Jeff Almy
Chief Financial Officer, Compass Healthcare & Senior Living
Jeff Almy is the chief financial officer for Compass Healthcare & Senior Living, which includes the brands CCL Hospitality Group, Crothall Healthcare, Intelas, Morrison Healthcare, and TouchPoint Support Services. He is responsible for the financial planning, operational analysis, and support, including budgeting, evaluating new business opportunities, contract negotiations, retention strategy, and financial leadership of acquisitions.
Prior to his current role, Jeff served as chief financial officer for Compass Healthcare as well as Morrison Healthcare. He has been with Morrison Healthcare since 2013 and has held roles as vice president of finance and director of finance. Before joining Morrison, Jeff worked in various finance and analytics roles at The Home Depot and S.P. Richards.
Jeff earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Alabama. He and his wife, Virginia, have three daughters. Jeff enjoys playing golf, watching college football, and spending time on the Gulf Coast with his family.
Avi Pinto
Chief Executive Officer, Morrison Healthcare
Avi Pinto, the chief executive officer of Morrison Healthcare, is responsible for the company's leadership and strategic direction. Morrison Healthcare provides food and nutrition services to more than 1,000 hospitals across the U.S.
He joined Morrison Healthcare in 2008 as the finance director for our retail team. In 2011, Avi was named senior director of finance for Touchpoint Support Services, another division of Compass Group, and played an integral role in the company’s formation and development. He returned to Morrison in 2013 as a regional director of operations. Since then, Avi has been a regional vice president, senior vice president, and most recently, division president, overseeing $840M in managed volume.
He is part of the Compass Healthcare Operations management team, which guides the strategic direction of Morrison Healthcare, Crothall Healthcare, and TouchPoint Support Services.
Avi graduated from Emory University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration in finance from Georgia State University.
Mike Villani
Chief Executive Officer, Crothall Healthcare
Mike Villani is the chief executive officer of Crothall Healthcare, a leading provider of support services. With more than 30 years of operations experience within the company, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and a growth mindset to his role. He moved into his new role in April 2025 after serving as President of Crothall’s largest Environmental Services (EVS) operating division for four years. Mike is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and strong focus on client relationships. His dedication to operational excellence and collaboration across service lines has driven the company’s growth and enhanced its market position.
Mike has been recognized for managing a complex market, achieving consistent growth, and fostering strong client relationships. He has expanded opportunities beyond the EVS business by integrating Compass Healthcare service lines with key customers. Additionally, his leadership was instrumental in transforming the Javits Center into a temporary hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mike is also credited for establishing and expanding Crothall’s Sterile Processing Service line.
Jim Cheek
President, Intelas
Jim Cheek is the President of Intelas, a Compass Healthcare company specializing in healthcare technology management (HTM). He most recently served as Division President of Crothall Healthcare Technology Solutions, where he led the division to Best-In-Class performance in regulatory compliance, client retention, and operational efficiency. Under his leadership, Crothall’s HTM team achieved significant national scale, expanded strategic service offerings, and consistently exceeded client expectations across hundreds of hospitals and healthcare systems.
In 2025, Jim successfully transitioned the HTM division into a standalone brand, Intelas, positioning it as an innovation-forward leader under Compass Healthcare. Intelas maintains more than one million pieces of equipment annually, including over 50,000 connected medical devices, and has roughly 1,000 associates. Jim continues to drive the company’s strategic direction, culture, and growth, with a focus on digital transformation, service excellence, and people development.
With over 30 years of experience in healthcare support services, Jim brings deep operational insight and a passion for building and leading high-performing teams. Jim earned his bachelor’s at Elon University and his master’s from the Medical University of South Carolina.
Kurt Resener
President, Coreworks
Kurt Resener is the president of Coreworks, a Compass Healthcare company specializing in environmental services and facilities support for senior living and behavioral health communities. Before leading Coreworks, he served as senior vice president at Morrison Healthcare, where he built high-performing teams and advanced operational excellence across hospital systems.
Since joining Coreworks in 2022, Kurt has strengthened the organization’s national footprint and service delivery model – expanding environmental services, facilities management, laundry, grounds, and non-emergency medical transportation. Coreworks now supports 80+ communities across 28 states with more than 800 associates and approximately 16 million square feet under care. Under Kurt’s leadership, the company has embedded hospitality programs such as Welcome Home™ and leveraged technology platforms like TheWorxHub to drive regulatory readiness, infection prevention, and real-time performance visibility.

Howard Weinstein
Division President, Unidine
Howard is a division president who joined Morrison Healthcare in 2014 after working in several leadership positions within the hospitality industry for 31+ years. Before his current role, Howard oversaw several hospitals across NY, NJ, and PA, where he succeeded at developing winning teams and growing some of our most prominent business in the Northeast.
Howard holds an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts and Hotel Technology from Sullivan County Community College in New York and a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. In addition, he serves as the Executive Chairperson for the AHA-American Heart Association in NYC.
Howard lives in Long Island, NY, with his wife, Margaret, and their three children, Julia, Jillian, and Jake.
Gina Damon
President, Operational Support, Compass Healthcare
Gina Damon is the president of operational support for Compass Healthcare, where she leads the company’s support functions, including Business Performance & Standards, Culinary Strategy & Innovation, Marketing, Nursing Engagement, Nutrition & Wellness, Patient Experience, and Patient Solutions.
Gina joined Compass Group in 2015 and previously served as senior vice president of human resources for Compass Healthcare, supporting both Crothall Healthcare and Morrison Healthcare during periods of significant growth and transformation.
Prior to joining Compass Group, Gina served as vice president of global talent acquisition at PayPal, where she led recruiting strategy and execution across the organization. Before that, she led the human resources team for eBay Inc.’s global technology platform and infrastructure and played a critical role in activities supporting the legal separation of eBay and PayPal.
Gina has also held several senior-level human resources roles at Bank of America and Goldman Sachs. She has broad experience in change management and has been involved in multiple corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Studies from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
Saima Khan
Senior Vice President, Healthcare Digital, Compass Digital
Saima Khan is the senior vice president of Healthcare Digital at Compass Digital, where she leads the strategy for digital transformation across Compass Group’s healthcare businesses. With two decades of experience in healthcare technology – including as former CTO of Clinical Solutions at Premier Inc. – she blends technical depth with human-centered design to deliver solutions that improve care experiences for patients, residents, and caregivers.

Andy Maus
Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Compass Healthcare & Senior Living
Andy Maus is the senior vice president of human resources for Compass Healthcare & Senior Living. He oversees the people strategy across Field HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Communications, and Recognition. Andy joined Compass Group in August 2019 and is a member of the Compass Healthcare executive management team.
Prior to Compass Group, Andy built a broad HR leadership career across multiple industries. Most recently, he served at US Foods, where he held a range of senior roles spanning corporate and field HR, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Andy held leadership positions at Discover Financial Services and Sears Holdings, where he led corporate HR, supply chain HR, and learning and development.

Jeff Moser

Jeff Moser, Senior Vice President of Partner Strategy for Compass Healthcare, leads the organization’s partner engagement strategy, focusing on identifying new growth opportunities and strengthening relationships with hospitals and health systems. With more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Jeff is a recognized thought leader in enterprise strategy, known for anticipating emerging trends and translating them into actionable insights that drive performance and long-term value.
Prior to joining Compass Healthcare, Jeff spent 18 years as a Principal at Sg2, Vizient’s consulting company, where he played a critical role in developing intelligence resources and educational offerings focused on healthcare reform, consumerism, patient engagement, ambulatory strategy, value-based care, and care redesign. He also served as faculty for Sg2 University, teaching strategic planning and ambulatory surgical center courses to healthcare leaders nationwide. Compass Healthcare’s strategic partnership with Sg2 allowed Jeff to work closely with Compass operations and sales teams for several years, giving him a deep understanding of the organization’s services and positioning him as a trusted advisor to healthcare C-suite executives. Earlier in his career, Jeff served as vice president of assessments at Cardinal Health. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Colorado Health Institute and holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Springfield College and a bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology from Texas Christian University.
Dusty Deringer

Dusty Deringer, PhD, is the senior vice president of experience for Compass Healthcare. In this role, he leads the strategy, operations, and outcomes related to patients, caregivers, and client experience across the organization, supporting Compass Healthcare’s vision of being an experience-centered company.
With more than 15 years of service, Dusty is a trusted thought leader who has helped shape how Compass Healthcare listens to, engages with, and cares for those it serves. He has established and stewarded key partnerships, including Press Ganey, Huron, and EHL Hospitality Business School, driving innovative, data-informed approaches to service excellence across hundreds of client sites nationwide.
Dusty holds a PhD in Business Psychology and brings a career-long perspective grounded in frontline healthcare experience. A lifelong learner and educator, he also serves as an Assistant Professor of Healthcare Administration at Missouri Southern State University, continuing his commitment to developing future healthcare leaders.
Chris Duke

Chris Duke is the senior vice president of data and analytics for Compass Healthcare & Senior Living, responsible for enterprise data and analytics strategy supporting operational performance, financial discipline, and client outcomes across the organization. His leadership in operationalizing scalable analytics capabilities has been recognized externally, including a featured contribution in Becker’s Hospital Review and Compass Healthcare’s receipt of the 2025 Modern Healthcare Innovators Award.
Previously, Chris served in roles of increasing responsibility at Morrison Healthcare, most recently as vice president of finance, client solutions & analytics. Over a nine-year tenure, he partnered closely with operational leadership to deliver business solutions that enhanced financial predictability, improved cost management, and strengthened client decision-making. In 2022, Chris was honored with one of Morrison Healthcare’s highest awards, the Service Excellence Award, for his innovative and insightful work.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA in Business from Jacksonville State University. He is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and enjoys traveling and playing tennis.
Tom Hughes

Tom Hughes is the vice president of communications and recognition for Compass Healthcare & Senior Living. He leads the internal and external communications and associate recognition programs for CCL Hospitality, Crothall Healthcare, Intelas, Morrison Healthcare, and TouchPoint.
Tom joined Morrison Healthcare in 2013 and has 35 years of experience in developing and leading public and media relations strategy. Before joining Morrison, he worked as a senior vice president at Hope-Beckham, a public relations agency in Atlanta, where he was responsible for new business development, communications strategy, and execution.
Tom has also worked as the senior vice president of communications for the Atlanta Hawks, the former Atlanta Thrashers, and Philips Arena (State Farm Arena). In addition, he worked in public relations for more than ten years at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., within Turner Sports and Corporate Communications. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia’s Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication.
Aundrea Mills

Aundrea Mills is the vice president of nursing engagement and chief nursing officer for Compass Healthcare. Since joining the organization in 2021, she has played a pivotal role in advancing nursing engagement strategies, leading the development of Nurse Top of License education and strategy initiatives, and strengthening Compass Healthcare’s partnership with the American Nurses Association.
Prior to Compass Healthcare, Aundrea served in many nurse leader roles to include Chief Nursing Officer for reputable health systems such as Lifepoint, CHS, and Covenant Health. Her career spans a wide range of clinical and executive leadership roles within these complex healthcare systems. She is widely recognized for driving patient experience excellence, operational and process improvements, and for her deep understanding of hospital C-suite leadership and health system dynamics. She is Lean Six Sigma certified, serves on the Press Ganey Nurse Executive Council and the American Nurse Foundation Board.

Her global perspective is shaped by leadership roles in both U.S. and international markets, including helping foreign investors successfully launch global brands in the U.S.
Rooted in a family legacy of entrepreneurship in the restaurant industry, Cory’s passion for hospitality began early. Inspired by her grandparents and parents, she pursued her education at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, laying the foundation for a career that spans private restaurants, managed services, catering, retail, and healthcare.

Jim Robertson

Jim Robertson is the senior vice president of marketing for Compass Healthcare, using his 25 years of experience in digital strategy, public relations, social media, internal/external communications, and sales enablement to elevate the Compass Healthcare brands.
Before joining the company, Jim was an asset to the success of Fifth Group Restaurants and Bold Events, where he led all marketing and communications efforts for an array of brands. Jim also served as a regional brand leader for InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, where he also managed IHG’s strategic marketing partnerships with the PGA Tour and BMW Motorsport.
As a native of eastern North Carolina, he holds an undergraduate degree in Communications from NC State and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. Rick Rossitch
Senior Vice President, Managing Legal Counsel, Compass Healthcare & Senior Living
Rick Rossitch is the senior vice president, managing legal counsel for Compass Healthcare & Senior Living and is a member of the company’s senior executive management committee. He is responsible for all legal issues and client contracting and serves as a part of the crisis management team.
Rick joined Compass Group in 1999. He has had legal oversight over several areas, including acquisitions, vendor relationships, corporate governance, litigation, quality assurance, and safety. Prior to joining Compass Group, Rick was a corporate associate for the law firm Hunton Andrews Kurth (formerly known as Hunton & Williams).
